Service Level Agreements are part of the standard GNi solutions offerings to guarantee uptime and availability for our customers and their customers. GNi provides our customers a guarantee to have their content available for http access by third parties 99.9% of the time. We provide coverage for all of the systems and devices connected to your network. We contact our customers to notify them of problems and resolutions, and we provide custom reporting of systems and networking problems and performance.
