Server Set-up
GNi server set-up is a fast and efficient turnkey process that addresses all of our customer's unique requirements. We take responsibility for equipment unpacking, placement, installation, configuration and testing over your network connections. We install and test your Operating System, systems software, and applications. We provide custom integration and middleware to deliver complete "end-to-end" solutions to our customers.
Server Support
GNi provides complete maintenance including 24x7x365 support of everything on your systems and your network. Support from GNi includes monitoring, problem detection and resolution. GNi continuously monitors the hardware, operating systems, applications, and bandwidth. Additionally, our customers can login to manage access control, monitor bandwidth and view the current condition of their network devices and services. We notify our hosting customers of outages and critical issues immediately and have the ability to begin correcting issues based on individual customer preferences.
GNi provides comprehensive server management. We provide monitoring and a skilled support team in our Network Operations Centers (NOC) to detect and respond to problems and events as they occur. We monitor and manage the following critical tasks:
- Security Management. GNi continuously monitors and manages systems access from inside and outside the network. We specialize in state-of-the-art security solutions including protection against hackers, worms, viruses and natural disasters. Our data centers offer the most secure facilities available today addressing physical security, outage-proof power, environment, fire suppression and protection against earthquakes.
- Anti-Virus Management. GNi will recommend "best of breed" virus protection software or alternatively install and manage our customer's own virus protection software. GNi will update your virus protection software as needed and respond to critical threats.
- Disaster Recovery. GNi provides backup and disaster recovery systems to support our customer's data and applications in the event of failure or downtime. We provide state of the art SAN solutions to quickly restore your operations and to ensure business continuity.
- Fault Management. GNi continuously scans servers to detect and correct faults with our dedicated and experienced engineering teams. When faults or warnings are detected, they are corrected and our customers are notified. GNi also offers any configuration of redundancy and backup systems required to meet our customers' needs.
- Performance Management. GNi continuously monitors service level and performance of our network and systems. We utilize systems that ensure that the network and systems operate as quickly and reliably as possible.
