Each GNi hosting facility features a reliable and secure environment, with state-of-the-art equipment, policies and procedures. GNi Network Operation Centers provide management support 24x7x365 to respond to disasters, ensure uptime, and provide business continuity for our customers.
GNi additionally offers relocation and consolidation services to GNi or customer owned facilities. Power
GNi offers multiple generators, double redundancy and UPS backup at all of our data centers to ensure uptime. With up to10 generators GNi can provide continuous power meeting N 1 and N 2 redundancy in each of our facilities. We guarantee your systems and network uptime with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Connectivity
GNi provides fully redundant connectivity at our data centers to provide our customers with outage proof telecommunications services. We backup both logical and physical connectivity to support our customer's needs for their business critical applications, e-commerce and more. Our Internet Connectivity solutions provide our customers with a guaranteed 99.9% uptime.
Fire Suppression
GNi facilities are equipped with state of the art pre-action laser-based VEDSA (Very Early Smoke Detection) systems to provide smoke and fire detection to isolate and extinguish fires. Under-floor drainage through sealed conduits eliminates dangerous sprinkler pooling.
Security
GNi facilities offer physical security for yours systems and network beginning with security guards, authorized access, CCTV surveillance and alarm systems. Each NOC is staffed 24x7x365 providing continuous surveillance of our customer's equipment, software, applications and network.
Seismic Safety
GNi facilities are located in seismically safe environments. 365 Main St. has the most comprehensive protection including 98 friction-bearing foundation isolators that allow 15 inches of lateral motion without damage.

Network Operation Center (NOC)
GNi has built state-of-the-art NOCs at each of our data center facilities Our NOCs are staffed with senior engineers who specialize in security, network monitoring, fault monitoring, resolution, and disaster recovery. Our staff provides basic support such as systems administration through complex problem management and resolution. We provide reports on all aspects of operations including security threats, faults, network utilization, availability, trends, incidents, and more to meet our customers' requirements.
Our security and computer engineers support monitor your systems and networks 24x7x365 to provide round the clock service for our customer's critical systems, applications and networks. We guarantee our customers' uptime with our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our NOC services greatly reduce our customers' Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
