Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bouchard brings more than 24 years of network infrastructure, managed hosting services, SaaS, telecom, software publishing, and business application development and application management experience to GNi.
Prior to joining the Company, Bouchard was COO of Health Hero Network, a healthcare IT company, CFO of Synfora, an enterprise software company for semiconductor design, COO and Director of Avasta, an enterprise application management company, CFO for ThinkLink an application service provider for messaging and communications, and Vice President of Operations at GTE Internetworking, a provider of e-commerce applications and hosting solutions. His previous experience includes being CFO of Genuity, acquired by GTE, CFO of CAPS Productions, Director of Finance at Electronic Arts and senior management positions at ROLM/IBM.
Mr. Bouchard holds a BA degree in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. He also served in the United States Navy’s SEAL Team 2. Mr. Bouchard joined the company in December 2007.
