Mr. Albert brings more than 20 years of experience in IT and Quality management. He is an expert in quality models and process improvement methods including ITIL, Six Sigma, Cobit, CMMI, MOF, MSF, and PMBOK. Prior to joining GNi he worked for Microsoft Corporation where he was a senior program manager developing for Microsoft Services as well as for Miscorosft IT where he worked on ITSM Process Design for MSIT’s Service management office. He is a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trainer. Mr. Albert holds a Masters Degree in Computational Linguistics from UC Santa Cruz and a bachelors degree in Pure Mathematics (Summa Cum Laude) from UC Berkeley. He served in the US Army’s 2nd Airborne Ranger Infantry battalion and is an Honor Graduate of the US Army Ranger School.
